About Me

Hi,

I am Sana. Welcome to The Calm Self Therapy.

My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I understand the weight of cultural expectations, the pressures of being a working professional, and the silent battles of trauma. I know how isolating it can feel when the world moves on while you’re stuck in pain.

I chose this work because I’ve seen how life can feel overwhelming without the right support, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and reclaim their power. My story is rooted in resilience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you write yours.

In our work together, I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also be real with you. Sometimes that means gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll make sense of your story so you can feel stronger, and more at calm within yourself.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma can leave lasting emotional and physical imprints, making it hard to feel safe, present, or connected. In therapy, we work together to gently process these experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable.
